as part of treatment for cervix, endometrium,ovary, testicular, penile cancers, melanoma and squamous cell carcinoma of the extremities	CT Abdomen + Pelvis, Chest Xray, Biopsy	7 days (ICU - Nil)	surgical removal of the bilateral pelvic nodes. Histopathological report of the specimen	If Surgery done Full Payment will be given based on the procedure done,if Surgery abandoned half way through,upto 25% will be paid,If Surgery not done,No Amount will be paid
